\v 2 \w Que\w* la \w gracia\w* \w y\w* la \w paz\w* de \w Dios\w* \w nuestro\w* \w Padre\w* \w y\w* del \w Señor\w* \w Jesucristo\w* estén \w con\w* ustedes.

\v 3 Doy \w gracias\w* \w a\w* \w mi\w* \w Dios\w* cada vez \w que\w* \w me\w* acuerdo \w de\w* ustedes. 
\v 4 \w En\w* \w todas\w* mis \w oraciones\w*, \w siempre\w* \w ruego\w* \w con\w* \w alegría\w* \w por\w* \w todos\w* ustedes,

\v 6 Estoy convencido \w de\w* \w esto\w*: \w el\w* \w que\w* \w comenzó\w* tan buena \w obra\w* \w en\w* ustedes \w la\w* irá \w perfeccionando\w* hasta \w el\w* \w día\w* \w de\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*. 
\v 7 \w Es\w* \w justo\w* \w que\w* \w yo\w* \w piense\w* \w así\w* \w de\w* \w todos\w* ustedes, \w porque\w* \w los\w* llevo \w en\w* \w mi\w* \w corazón\w*; \w ya\w* \w que\w*, \w tanto\w* \w en\w* mis \w prisiones\w* \w como\w* \w en\w* \w la\w* defensa \w y\w* confirmación \w del\w* \w evangelio\w*, \w todos\w* ustedes participan \w conmigo\w* \w de\w* \w la\w* \w gracia\w* \w de\w* Dios. 
\v 8 \w Dios\w* es \w mi\w* \w testigo\w* \w de\w* \w cuánto\w* \w los\w* amo \w a\w* \w todos\w* \w con\w* \w el\w* tierno amor \w de\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*.

\v 9 \w Y\w* \w esto\w* \w es\w* \w lo\w* \w que\w* pido \w en\w* \w oración\w*: \w que\w* \w el\w* amor \w de\w* ustedes \w abunde\w* \w cada\w* vez \w más\w* \w en\w* \w conocimiento\w* \w y\w* \w en\w* buen juicio, 
\v 10 \w para\w* \w que\w* aprueben \w lo\w* \w que\w* es \w mejor\w*. \w Así\w* serán puros \w e\w* irreprochables \w para\w* \w el\w* \w día\w* \w de\w* \w Cristo\w*, 
\v 11 \w llenos\w* \w del\w* \w fruto\w* \w de\w* \w justicia\w* \w que\w* \w se\w* produce \w por\w* \w medio\w* \w de\w* \w Jesucristo\w*, \w para\w* \w gloria\w* \w y\w* \w alabanza\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w*.

\v 12 \w Quiero\w* \w que\w* \w sepan\w*, hermanos, \w que\w* \w las\w* cosas \w que\w* \w me\w* han sucedido \w en\w* realidad han servido \w para\w* \w el\w* avance \w del\w* \w evangelio\w*. 
\v 13 \w Como\w* resultado, \w se\w* ha \w hecho\w* evidente \w a\w* \w toda\w* \w la\w* guardia \w del\w* palacio \w y\w* \w a\w* \w todos\w* \w los\w* \w demás\w* \w que\w* estoy preso \w por\w* causa \w de\w* \w Cristo\w*. 
\v 14 \w Además\w*, \w al\w* ver mis cadenas, \w la\w* mayoría \w de\w* \w los\w* hermanos han cobrado confianza \w en\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w y\w* \w se\w* atreven \w mucho\w* \w más\w* \w a\w* \w predicar\w* \w la\w* \w palabra\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w sin\w* \w temor\w*. 
\v 15 Es \w cierto\w* \w que\w* \w algunos\w* \w predican\w* \w a\w* \w Cristo\w* \w por\w* \w envidia\w* \w y\w* rivalidad, \w pero\w* \w otros\w* \w lo\w* hacen \w con\w* buenas intenciones. 
\v 16 \w Estos\w* últimos \w lo\w* hacen \w por\w* amor, \w sabiendo\w* \w que\w* he sido designado \w para\w* \w la\w* defensa \w del\w* \w evangelio\w*. 
\v 17 \w Los\w* \w otros\w* \w anuncian\w* \w a\w* \w Cristo\w* \w por\w* ambición egoísta, \w no\w* \w con\w* sinceridad, \w pensando\w* \w que\w* \w así\w* pueden causarme \w más\w* \w aflicción\w* mientras estoy preso.

\v 18 \w Pero\w*, ¿\w qué\w* importa? \w Lo\w* importante \w es\w* \w que\w*, \w de\w* \w un\w* modo u otro, \w ya\w* \w sea\w* \w con\w* falsas intenciones \w o\w* \w con\w* sinceridad, \w Cristo\w* \w es\w* anunciado. ¡\w Y\w* \w de\w* \w esto\w* \w me\w* alegro, \w y\w* \w me\w* seguiré alegrando! 
\v 19 \w Porque\w* \w sé\w* \w que\w*, gracias \w a\w* \w las\w* \w oraciones\w* \w de\w* ustedes \w y\w* \w a\w* \w la\w* ayuda \w del\w* \w Espíritu\w* \w de\w* \w Jesucristo\w*, \w todo\w* \w esto\w* resultará \w en\w* \w mi\w* liberación. 
\v 20 \w Mi\w* ardiente anhelo \w y\w* \w esperanza\w* es \w que\w* \w en\w* \w nada\w* seré avergonzado, sino \w que\w* \w con\w* \w toda\w* valentía, \w tanto\w* \w ahora\w* \w como\w* \w siempre\w*, \w Cristo\w* será exaltado \w en\w* \w mi\w* \w cuerpo\w*, \w ya\w* \w sea\w* \w por\w* \w mi\w* \w vida\w* \w o\w* \w por\w* \w mi\w* \w muerte\w*. 
\v 21 \w Porque\w* para \w mí\w* \w el\w* \w vivir\w* es \w Cristo\w* \w y\w* \w el\w* morir es ganancia. 
\v 22 \w Pero\w* \w si\w* \w el\w* seguir \w viviendo\w* \w en\w* \w este\w* cuerpo representa \w para\w* \w mí\w* \w un\w* trabajo fructífero, \w entonces\w* \w no\w* \w sé\w* \w qué\w* escoger. 
\v 23 \w Me\w* encuentro \w en\w* \w un\w* dilema: \w tengo\w* \w el\w* \w deseo\w* \w de\w* partir \w y\w* estar \w con\w* \w Cristo\w*, \w lo\w* \w cual\w* es muchísimo \w mejor\w*; 
\v 24 \w pero\w*, \w por\w* \w el\w* \w bien\w* \w de\w* ustedes, es \w más\w* necesario \w que\w* \w me\w* quede \w en\w* \w este\w* cuerpo. 
\v 25 Convencido \w de\w* \w esto\w*, \w sé\w* \w que\w* \w me\w* \w quedaré\w* \w y\w* \w que\w* continuaré \w con\w* \w todos\w* ustedes, \w para\w* contribuir \w a\w* \w su\w* progreso \w y\w* \w alegría\w* \w en\w* \w la\w* \w fe\w*. 
\v 26 Así, \w su\w* motivo \w de\w* orgullo \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w* \w abundará\w* \w por\w* \w causa\w* \w mía\w*, \w cuando\w* \w yo\w* \w esté\w* \w de\w* nuevo \w con\w* ustedes.

\v 27 Pase \w lo\w* \w que\w* pase, compórtense \w de\w* \w una\w* manera digna \w del\w* \w evangelio\w* \w de\w* \w Cristo\w*. \w De\w* \w este\w* modo, \w ya\w* \w sea\w* \w que\w* \w vaya\w* \w a\w* verlos \w o\w* \w que\w*, estando ausente, reciba noticias \w de\w* ustedes, sabré \w que\w* \w se\w* mantienen \w firmes\w* \w en\w* \w un\w* mismo \w espíritu\w*, luchando \w unánimes\w* \w por\w* \w la\w* \w fe\w* \w del\w* \w evangelio\w*, 
\v 28 \w sin\w* dejarse intimidar \w en\w* \w nada\w* \w por\w* \w sus\w* adversarios. \w Para\w* \w ellos\w*, \w esto\w* \w es\w* \w una\w* clara señal \w de\w* \w su\w* destrucción, \w pero\w* \w para\w* ustedes \w es\w* señal \w de\w* \w su\w* \w salvación\w*, \w y\w* \w esto\w* proviene \w de\w* \w Dios\w*. 
\v 29 \w Porque\w* \w a\w* ustedes \w se\w* \w les\w* ha concedido \w el\w* privilegio, \w no\w* \w solo\w* \w de\w* \w creer\w* \w en\w* \w Cristo\w*, sino \w también\w* \w de\w* sufrir \w por\w* \w él\w*. 
\v 30 Ustedes \w están\w* pasando \w por\w* \w la\w* misma lucha \w que\w* vieron \w en\w* \w mí\w*, \w y\w* \w que\w* \w ahora\w* escuchan \w que\w* sigo \w teniendo\w*.

\v 1 \w Por\w* tanto, \w si\w* sienten \w algún\w* ánimo \w en\w* \w Cristo\w*, \w si\w* hay \w algún\w* \w consuelo\w* \w en\w* su amor, \w si\w* hay \w alguna\w* \w comunión\w* \w en\w* \w el\w* \w Espíritu\w*, \w si\w* hay \w alguna\w* ternura \w y\w* compasión, 
\v 2 colmen \w mi\w* \w alegría\w* \w teniendo\w* \w un\w* mismo pensar, \w un\w* mismo amor, unidos \w en\w* alma \w y\w* propósito. 
\v 3 \w No\w* hagan \w nada\w* \w por\w* rivalidad o \w por\w* orgullo, sino \w con\w* \w humildad\w*, considerando \w cada\w* \w uno\w* \w a\w* \w los\w* demás \w como\w* \w superiores\w* \w a\w* \w sí\w* mismo. 
\v 4 \w Ninguno\w* busque únicamente \w su\w* propio bien, \w sino\w* \w también\w* \w el\w* bien \w de\w* \w los\w* \w otros\w*.

\v 5 Tengan la misma actitud \w que\w* tuvo \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*: 
\v 6 \w Él\w*, \w siendo\w* \w por\w* naturaleza \w Dios\w*, \w no\w* consideró \w el\w* ser \w igual\w* \w a\w* \w Dios\w* \w como\w* algo \w a\w* \w qué\w* aferrarse. 
\v 7 \w Por\w* \w el\w* contrario, \w se\w* rebajó voluntariamente, \w tomando\w* la naturaleza \w de\w* \w siervo\w* \w y\w* \w haciéndose\w* \w semejante\w* \w a\w* \w los\w* seres humanos. 
\v 8 \w Y\w*, al manifestarse como hombre, \w se\w* humilló \w a\w* \w sí\w* mismo \w y\w* \w se\w* hizo obediente \w hasta\w* la \w muerte\w*, ¡\w y\w* \w muerte\w* \w de\w* \w cruz\w*! 
\v 9 \w Por\w* eso \w Dios\w* \w lo\w* exaltó hasta \w lo\w* sumo \w y\w* le otorgó \w el\w* \w nombre\w* \w que\w* \w está\w* \w sobre\w* \w todo\w* \w nombre\w*, 
\v 10 \w para\w* \w que\w* ante \w el\w* \w nombre\w* \w de\w* \w Jesús\w* \w se\w* doble \w toda\w* \w rodilla\w* \w en\w* \w el\w* cielo, \w en\w* \w la\w* tierra \w y\w* debajo \w de\w* \w la\w* tierra, 
\v 11 \w y\w* \w toda\w* \w lengua\w* \w confiese\w* \w que\w* \w Jesucristo\w* es \w el\w* \w Señor\w*, \w para\w* la \w gloria\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w Padre\w*.

\v 12 \w Así\w* \w que\w*, mis queridos hermanos, \w como\w* \w han\w* obedecido \w siempre\w*, \w no\w* \w solo\w* \w cuando\w* \w yo\w* estaba \w presente\w*, \w sino\w* \w mucho\w* \w más\w* \w ahora\w* \w en\w* \w mi\w* ausencia, lleven \w a\w* cabo \w su\w* \w salvación\w* \w con\w* profundo respeto \w y\w* \w temor\w*. 
\v 13 \w Pues\w* \w Dios\w* es \w quien\w* produce \w en\w* ustedes tanto \w el\w* \w querer\w* \w como\w* \w el\w* \w hacer\w*, \w para\w* \w que\w* \w se\w* cumpla \w su\w* \w buena\w* \w voluntad\w*.

\v 14 \w Hagan\w* \w todo\w* \w sin\w* quejas \w ni\w* discusiones, 
\v 15 \w para\w* \w que\w* \w sean\w* intachables \w y\w* puros, \w hijos\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w sin\w* culpa \w en\w* \w medio\w* \w de\w* \w una\w* \w generación\w* \w torcida\w* \w y\w* \w perversa\w*. \w En\w* ella ustedes brillan \w como\w* estrellas \w en\w* \w el\w* \w mundo\w*, 
\v 16 manteniendo \w en\w* alto la \w palabra\w* \w de\w* \w vida\w*. Así, \w en\w* \w el\w* \w día\w* \w de\w* \w Cristo\w* \w me\w* sentiré orgulloso \w de\w* \w no\w* haber corrido \w ni\w* \w trabajado\w* \w en\w* \w vano\w*. 
\v 17 \w Y\w* \w aunque\w* \w mi\w* vida \w sea\w* derramada \w como\w* ofrenda \w sobre\w* \w el\w* \w sacrificio\w* \w y\w* \w el\w* \w servicio\w* \w que\w* provienen \w de\w* \w la\w* \w fe\w* \w de\w* ustedes, me alegro \w y\w* comparto \w mi\w* alegría \w con\w* \w todos\w* ustedes. 
\v 18 \w De\w* igual manera, \w también\w* ustedes deben alegrarse \w y\w* compartir \w su\w* alegría \w conmigo\w*.

\v 19 Confío \w en\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w Jesús\w* \w que\w* \w pronto\w* podré enviarles \w a\w* \w Timoteo\w*, \w para\w* \w que\w* \w yo\w* \w también\w* \w me\w* anime \w al\w* recibir noticias suyas. 
\v 20 \w No\w* \w tengo\w* a \w nadie\w* \w más\w* \w que\w* comparta mis mismos sentimientos \w y\w* \w que\w* se preocupe tan sinceramente \w por\w* \w el\w* bienestar \w de\w* ustedes. 
\v 21 \w Porque\w* \w todos\w* \w buscan\w* \w sus\w* propios intereses \w y\w* \w no\w* \w los\w* \w de\w* \w Jesucristo\w*. 
\v 22 \w Pero\w* ustedes \w conocen\w* \w bien\w* \w la\w* probada virtud \w de\w* Timoteo, \w que\w* ha servido \w a\w* \w mi\w* lado \w en\w* \w la\w* obra \w del\w* \w evangelio\w*, \w como\w* \w un\w* \w hijo\w* junto \w a\w* \w su\w* \w padre\w*. 
\v 23 \w Por\w* eso \w espero\w* enviarlo tan pronto \w como\w* vea \w cómo\w* se resuelven mis asuntos. 
\v 24 \w Y\w* \w confío\w* \w en\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w en\w* \w que\w* yo mismo podré \w ir\w* \w a\w* verlos \w pronto\w*.

\v 25 \w Sin\w* embargo, consideré necesario enviarles \w de\w* vuelta \w a\w* \w Epafrodito\w*, \w mi\w* hermano, \w colaborador\w* \w y\w* \w compañero\w* \w de\w* lucha, \w quien\w* es \w también\w* \w el\w* mensajero \w de\w* ustedes \w para\w* atender \w a\w* mis \w necesidades\w*. 
\v 26 \w Él\w* \w los\w* extrañaba mucho a \w todos\w*, \w y\w* estaba muy angustiado \w porque\w* ustedes \w se\w* enteraron \w de\w* \w que\w* \w se\w* había enfermado. 
\v 27 \w Y\w* \w es\w* \w verdad\w* \w que\w* estuvo enfermo \w y\w* \w a\w* punto \w de\w* morir; \w pero\w* \w Dios\w* \w se\w* compadeció \w de\w* \w él\w*, \w y\w* \w no\w* \w solo\w* \w de\w* \w él\w*, \w sino\w* \w también\w* \w de\w* \w mí\w*, \w para\w* \w que\w* \w yo\w* \w no\w* \w tuviera\w* \w una\w* \w tristeza\w* \w sobre\w* otra. 
\v 28 \w Por\w* eso lo \w envío\w* con tanta urgencia, \w para\w* \w que\w* al verlo \w de\w* nuevo ustedes se alegren, \w y\w* \w yo\w* pueda estar menos triste. 
\v 29 Recíbanlo, \w pues\w*, \w en\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w con\w* mucha \w alegría\w*, \w y\w* honren \w a\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* son \w como\w* \w él\w*; 
\v 30 \w porque\w* estuvo \w a\w* punto \w de\w* morir \w por\w* \w la\w* \w obra\w* \w de\w* \w Cristo\w*, arriesgando \w su\w* \w vida\w* \w para\w* suplir \w la\w* ayuda \w que\w* ustedes \w no\w* podían brindarme \w en\w* \w persona\w*.

\v 1 \w Por\w* último, hermanos míos, ¡alégrense \w en\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w*! \w A\w* \w mí\w* \w no\w* \w me\w* molesta volver \w a\w* escribirles \w las\w* mismas cosas, \w y\w* \w a\w* ustedes les da seguridad.

\v 2 Cuídense \w de\w* esos \w perros\w*, cuídense \w de\w* esos \w que\w* hacen \w el\w* \w mal\w*, cuídense \w de\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* mutilan \w el\w* cuerpo. 
\v 3 \w Porque\w* \w la\w* verdadera \w circuncisión\w* somos \w nosotros\w*, \w los\w* \w que\w* adoramos \w a\w* \w Dios\w* \w por\w* medio \w de\w* \w su\w* \w Espíritu\w*, \w los\w* \w que\w* \w nos\w* enorgullecemos \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w* \w y\w* \w no\w* ponemos \w nuestra\w* confianza \w en\w* esfuerzos humanos. 
\v 4 \w Yo\w* mismo \w tengo\w* motivos \w para\w* confiar \w en\w* esos esfuerzos. \w Si\w* \w alguien\w* piensa \w que\w* \w tiene\w* motivos \w para\w* confiar \w en\w* esfuerzos humanos, \w yo\w* \w tengo\w* \w más\w*: 
\v 5 fui \w circuncidado\w* \w al\w* octavo día, soy \w del\w* \w linaje\w* \w de\w* \w Israel\w*, \w de\w* \w la\w* \w tribu\w* \w de\w* Benjamín, \w hebreo\w* \w de\w* pura cepa; \w en\w* \w cuanto\w* \w a\w* \w la\w* interpretación \w de\w* \w la\w* \w ley\w*, \w fariseo\w*; 
\v 6 \w en\w* \w cuanto\w* \w al\w* \w celo\w* religioso, \w perseguidor\w* \w de\w* \w la\w* \w iglesia\w*; \w en\w* \w cuanto\w* \w a\w* \w la\w* \w justicia\w* \w que\w* \w se\w* basa \w en\w* \w la\w* \w ley\w*, \w fui\w* irreprochable.

\v 7 Sin embargo, \w todo\w* \w aquello\w* \w que\w* \w para\w* \w mí\w* \w era\w* ganancia, ahora \w lo\w* considero pérdida \w por\w* \w causa\w* \w de\w* \w Cristo\w*. 
\v 8 \w Es\w* \w más\w*, \w todo\w* \w lo\w* considero \w pérdida\w* frente \w a\w* \w la\w* excelencia \w de\w* conocer \w a\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*, \w mi\w* \w Señor\w*. \w Por\w* amor \w a\w* \w él\w* he perdido \w todo\w* \w y\w* \w lo\w* considero basura, \w con\w* tal \w de\w* \w ganar\w* \w a\w* \w Cristo\w* 
\v 9 \w y\w* \w ser\w* \w hallado\w* \w en\w* \w él\w*. \w No\w* busco \w tener\w* \w una\w* \w justicia\w* propia \w que\w* provenga \w de\w* \w la\w* \w ley\w*, \w sino\w* \w la\w* \w que\w* \w se\w* obtiene mediante \w la\w* \w fe\w* \w en\w* \w Cristo\w*, \w la\w* \w justicia\w* \w que\w* procede \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w y\w* \w se\w* basa \w en\w* \w la\w* \w fe\w*. 
\v 10 \w Lo\w* \w que\w* quiero es \w conocer\w* a Cristo, experimentar \w el\w* \w poder\w* \w de\w* \w su\w* resurrección, participar \w de\w* \w sus\w* sufrimientos \w y\w* llegar a ser semejante a \w él\w* \w en\w* \w su\w* \w muerte\w*, 
\v 11 \w con\w* \w la\w* esperanza \w de\w* alcanzar \w de\w* \w alguna\w* \w manera\w* \w la\w* \w resurrección\w* \w de\w* \w entre\w* \w los\w* \w muertos\w*. 
\v 12 \w No\w* \w es\w* \w que\w* \w ya\w* \w lo\w* haya conseguido, \w ni\w* \w que\w* \w ya\w* sea \w perfecto\w*, \w sino\w* \w que\w* sigo adelante, \w para\w* ver \w si\w* \w alcanzo\w* aquello \w para\w* \w lo\w* \w cual\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w* me \w alcanzó\w* \w a\w* mí.

\v 13 Hermanos, \w no\w* considero haber llegado \w ya\w* \w a\w* la meta, \w pero\w* esto \w sí\w* \w hago\w*: \w me\w* olvido \w de\w* lo \w que\w* queda \w atrás\w* \w y\w* \w me\w* esfuerzo \w por\w* alcanzar lo \w que\w* está adelante, 
\v 14 \w y\w* sigo avanzando \w hacia\w* \w la\w* meta \w para\w* ganar \w el\w* \w premio\w* \w que\w* \w Dios\w* ofrece mediante \w su\w* supremo llamamiento \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*. 
\v 15 \w Así\w* \w que\w* \w todos\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* hemos alcanzado \w la\w* madurez debemos pensar \w de\w* \w esta\w* manera. \w Y\w* \w si\w* \w en\w* \w algo\w* ustedes piensan diferente, \w Dios\w* les hará ver \w esto\w* \w también\w*. 
\v 16 \w En\w* \w todo\w* caso, vivamos \w de\w* acuerdo \w con\w* \w lo\w* \w que\w* ya hemos alcanzado.

\v 17 Hermanos, sigan \w todos\w* \w mi\w* \w ejemplo\w*, \w y\w* fíjense \w en\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* viven \w según\w* \w el\w* modelo \w que\w* les hemos dado.
