\v 6 \w Por\w* \w eso\w* \w te\w* recuerdo \w que\w* avives \w la\w* llama \w del\w* \w don\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w que\w* recibiste \w cuando\w* \w te\w* impuse \w las\w* \w manos\w*. 
\v 7 \w Porque\w* \w Dios\w* \w no\w* \w nos\w* ha \w dado\w* \w un\w* \w espíritu\w* \w de\w* cobardía, sino \w de\w* \w poder\w*, \w de\w* amor \w y\w* \w de\w* dominio propio. 
\v 8 \w Por\w* \w lo\w* tanto, \w no\w* te avergüences \w de\w* dar \w testimonio\w* \w de\w* \w nuestro\w* \w Señor\w*, \w ni\w* \w de\w* \w mí\w*, \w su\w* \w prisionero\w*. \w Al\w* contrario, soporta conmigo \w los\w* sufrimientos \w por\w* \w el\w* \w evangelio\w*, sostenido \w por\w* \w el\w* \w poder\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w*. 
\v 9 \w Él\w* nos \w salvó\w* \w y\w* nos \w llamó\w* \w con\w* \w un\w* llamamiento santo, \w no\w* \w por\w* nuestras \w propias\w* \w obras\w*, sino \w por\w* \w su\w* \w propio\w* propósito \w y\w* \w por\w* \w la\w* \w gracia\w* \w que\w* nos fue \w dada\w* \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w* desde \w antes\w* \w de\w* \w los\w* \w tiempos\w* eternos. 
\v 10 \w Esta\w* gracia \w se\w* ha \w manifestado\w* \w ahora\w* \w con\w* \w la\w* \w venida\w* \w de\w* \w nuestro\w* \w Salvador\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*, \w quien\w* destruyó \w la\w* \w muerte\w* \w y\w* sacó \w a\w* \w la\w* luz \w la\w* \w vida\w* \w y\w* \w la\w* inmortalidad \w por\w* \w medio\w* \w del\w* \w evangelio\w*. 
\v 11 \w De\w* \w este\w* evangelio fui constituido \w predicador\w*, apóstol \w y\w* \w maestro\w* \w a\w* \w los\w* gentiles. 
\v 12 \w Por\w* \w esta\w* misma \w causa\w* \w estoy\w* sufriendo. \w Sin\w* embargo, \w no\w* \w me\w* avergüenzo, \w porque\w* \w sé\w* \w en\w* \w quién\w* he \w creído\w*, \w y\w* \w estoy\w* seguro \w de\w* \w que\w* \w él\w* \w es\w* \w poderoso\w* \w para\w* guardar \w lo\w* \w que\w* \w le\w* he \w confiado\w* \w hasta\w* \w aquel\w* \w día\w*.

\v 13 Sigue \w el\w* \w ejemplo\w* \w de\w* \w las\w* sanas \w palabras\w* \w que\w* \w me\w* escuchaste, \w con\w* \w la\w* \w fe\w* \w y\w* \w el\w* amor \w que\w* \w tenemos\w* \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*. 
\v 14 Cuida \w el\w* \w buen\w* \w depósito\w* \w que\w* se te ha confiado mediante \w el\w* \w Espíritu\w* Santo \w que\w* \w habita\w* \w en\w* \w nosotros\w*.

\v 15 \w Ya\w* \w sabes\w* \w que\w* \w todos\w* \w los\w* \w de\w* \w la\w* provincia \w de\w* Asia \w me\w* abandonaron, \w entre\w* \w ellos\w* Figelo \w y\w* \w Hermógenes\w*. 
\v 16 \w Que\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* le conceda \w misericordia\w* a \w la\w* \w familia\w* \w de\w* Onesíforo, \w porque\w* \w muchas\w* veces \w me\w* animó \w y\w* \w no\w* \w se\w* avergonzó \w de\w* \w que\w* \w yo\w* estuviera preso. 
\v 17 \w Al\w* contrario, \w cuando\w* \w llegó\w* \w a\w* \w Roma\w*, \w me\w* \w buscó\w* \w con\w* mucho empeño hasta encontrarme. 
\v 18 (¡\w Que\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w le\w* conceda \w hallar\w* \w misericordia\w* \w de\w* parte \w del\w* \w Señor\w* \w en\w* \w aquel\w* \w día\w*!). \w Tú\w* \w conoces\w* muy bien \w todo\w* \w lo\w* \w que\w* \w me\w* \w ayudó\w* \w en\w* Éfeso.

\v 2 \w Lo\w* \w que\w* \w me\w* has escuchado decir \w delante\w* \w de\w* \w muchos\w* \w testigos\w*, encárgaselo \w a\w* hombres \w de\w* confianza \w que\w* sean capaces \w de\w* \w enseñar\w* \w también\w* \w a\w* \w otros\w*. 
\v 3 Comparte mis sufrimientos \w como\w* un \w buen\w* \w soldado\w* de \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*. 
\v 4 \w Ningún\w* soldado \w en\w* servicio activo se enreda \w en\w* \w los\w* asuntos \w de\w* \w la\w* vida civil, \w porque\w* tiene \w que\w* agradar \w a\w* \w su\w* oficial superior. 
\v 5 \w De\w* igual \w manera\w*, \w el\w* atleta \w no\w* recibe la corona \w de\w* vencedor \w si\w* \w no\w* compite según las reglas. 
\v 6 \w El\w* agricultor \w que\w* trabaja duro tiene derecho a ser \w el\w* \w primero\w* \w en\w* recibir \w su\w* parte \w de\w* \w la\w* cosecha. 
\v 7 Piensa \w en\w* \w lo\w* \w que\w* \w te\w* \w digo\w*, \w y\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w te\w* \w dará\w* \w entendimiento\w* \w en\w* \w todo\w*.

\v 8 \w Acuérdate\w* \w de\w* \w Jesucristo\w*, descendiente \w de\w* \w David\w*, \w quien\w* fue \w resucitado\w* \w de\w* \w entre\w* \w los\w* \w muertos\w*, \w conforme\w* \w a\w* \w mi\w* \w evangelio\w*. 
\v 9 \w Por\w* anunciar \w este\w* evangelio sufro penalidades, e incluso estoy encadenado \w como\w* \w un\w* criminal. ¡Pero \w la\w* \w palabra\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w no\w* \w está\w* encadenada! 
\v 10 \w Por\w* \w eso\w* soporto \w todo\w* \w por\w* amor \w a\w* \w los\w* \w elegidos\w*, \w para\w* \w que\w* \w ellos\w* \w también\w* alcancen \w la\w* \w salvación\w* \w que\w* tenemos \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*, junto \w con\w* \w la\w* \w gloria\w* eterna. 
\v 11 \w Esta\w* \w es\w* \w una\w* \w palabra\w* \w fiel\w*:
\q1 “\w Si\w* hemos muerto \w con\w* \w él\w*,
\q2 \w también\w* \w viviremos\w* \w con\w* \w él\w*.

\v 12 \w Si\w* soportamos las dificultades,
\q2 \w también\w* \w reinaremos\w* \w con\w* \w él\w*.
\q1 \w Si\w* lo negamos,
\q2 \w él\w* \w también\w* nos negará.

\v 13 \w Si\w* somos infieles,
\q2 \w él\w* sigue siendo \w fiel\w*,
\q2 \w porque\w* \w no\w* \w puede\w* negarse a \w sí\w* \w mismo\w*”.

\v 14 \w Recuérdales\w* \w estas\w* cosas, y adviérteles \w delante\w* \w del\w* \w Señor\w* \w que\w* \w no\w* se enreden \w en\w* discusiones inútiles \w de\w* palabras, \w que\w* \w no\w* sirven \w para\w* \w nada\w* y solo arruinan \w a\w* quienes \w las\w* escuchan.

\v 15 Esfuérzate \w por\w* \w presentarte\w* a \w Dios\w* \w aprobado\w*, como \w un\w* \w obrero\w* \w que\w* no tiene \w de\w* \w qué\w* avergonzarse y \w que\w* maneja correctamente \w la\w* \w palabra\w* \w de\w* verdad. 
\v 16 \w Evita\w* \w la\w* palabrería inútil \w y\w* profana, \w porque\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* se dan \w a\w* \w ella\w* se alejan cada vez \w más\w* \w de\w* Dios, 
\v 17 \w y\w* \w sus\w* \w palabras\w* \w se\w* extenderán \w como\w* \w la\w* \w gangrena\w*. Entre \w ellos\w* \w están\w* \w Himeneo\w* \w y\w* \w Fileto\w*, 
\v 18 \w que\w* \w se\w* han desviado \w de\w* \w la\w* \w verdad\w* \w diciendo\w* \w que\w* \w la\w* resurrección \w ya\w* ocurrió, \w y\w* \w están\w* destruyendo \w la\w* \w fe\w* \w de\w* \w algunos\w*. 
\v 19 A pesar \w de\w* \w todo\w*, \w el\w* \w firme\w* \w fundamento\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w se\w* mantiene intacto, sellado \w con\w* \w esta\w* inscripción: “\w El\w* \w Señor\w* \w conoce\w* a \w los\w* suyos”, \w y\w*: “\w Que\w* \w se\w* aparte \w de\w* \w la\w* maldad \w todo\w* \w el\w* \w que\w* invoca \w el\w* \w nombre\w* \w del\w* \w Señor\w*”.

\v 20 \w En\w* \w una\w* \w casa\w* \w grande\w* \w no\w* \w solo\w* hay \w vasos\w* \w de\w* \w oro\w* \w y\w* \w de\w* plata, \w sino\w* \w también\w* \w de\w* madera \w y\w* \w de\w* barro. \w Unos\w* \w son\w* \w para\w* usos especiales \w y\w* \w otros\w* \w para\w* usos comunes. 
\v 21 \w Si\w* \w alguien\w* \w se\w* mantiene limpio \w de\w* \w todo\w* mal, será \w un\w* \w vaso\w* \w para\w* uso honroso, santificado, \w útil\w* \w para\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w y\w* \w preparado\w* \w para\w* \w toda\w* buena \w obra\w*.

\v 22 \w Huye\w* \w de\w* \w las\w* pasiones \w de\w* \w la\w* juventud \w y\w* busca \w la\w* \w justicia\w*, \w la\w* \w fe\w*, \w el\w* amor \w y\w* \w la\w* \w paz\w*, junto \w con\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* \w invocan\w* \w al\w* \w Señor\w* \w con\w* \w un\w* \w corazón\w* \w limpio\w*. 
\v 23 Rechaza \w las\w* discusiones \w necias\w* \w e\w* ignorantes, \w pues\w* \w sabes\w* \w que\w* terminan \w en\w* pleitos. 
\v 24 Un \w siervo\w* del \w Señor\w* \w no\w* \w debe\w* andar peleando, \w sino\w* \w que\w* \w debe\w* ser amable \w con\w* \w todos\w*, capaz \w de\w* enseñar \w y\w* paciente. 
\v 25 Debe corregir \w con\w* humildad \w a\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* se oponen, \w con\w* \w la\w* esperanza \w de\w* \w que\w* \w Dios\w* \w les\w* conceda arrepentirse \w para\w* \w conocer\w* \w la\w* verdad, 
\v 26 \w y\w* \w así\w* puedan reaccionar \w y\w* escapar \w de\w* \w la\w* trampa \w del\w* \w diablo\w*, \w que\w* \w los\w* tiene cautivos \w para\w* hacer \w su\w* \w voluntad\w*.

\v 1 \w También\w* debes \w saber\w* \w que\w* \w en\w* \w los\w* últimos \w días\w* \w vendrán\w* \w tiempos\w* muy difíciles. 
\v 2 \w Porque\w* \w la\w* gente será egoísta, amante \w del\w* dinero, presumida, orgullosa, blasfema, desobediente a \w sus\w* \w padres\w*, malagradecida, no tendrá respeto \w por\w* \w la\w* religión, 
\v 3 no tendrá amor ni compasión, serán \w calumniadores\w*, no tendrán dominio propio, serán crueles, enemigos de todo lo bueno, 
\v 4 \w traidores\w*, impulsivos \w y\w* llenos de soberbia. Amarán \w más\w* el placer \w que\w* a Dios; 
\v 5 \w tendrán\w* \w apariencia\w* \w de\w* \w piedad\w*, \w pero\w* negarán \w su\w* \w eficacia\w*. Aléjate \w de\w* esa clase \w de\w* gente. 
\v 6 \w De\w* \w ellos\w* \w son\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* \w se\w* meten \w en\w* \w las\w* \w casas\w* \w y\w* engañan \w a\w* mujeres débiles, \w cargadas\w* \w de\w* pecados \w y\w* arrastradas \w por\w* toda clase \w de\w* malos \w deseos\w*, 
\v 7 mujeres \w que\w* \w siempre\w* están aprendiendo, \w pero\w* \w que\w* \w nunca\w* logran comprender la verdad. 
\v 8 \w Así\w* \w como\w* Janes \w y\w* \w Jambres\w* \w se\w* opusieron \w a\w* \w Moisés\w*, \w de\w* \w la\w* misma \w manera\w* \w estos\w* hombres \w se\w* oponen \w a\w* \w la\w* \w verdad\w*. Son hombres \w de\w* \w mente\w* corrompida \w y\w* fracasados \w en\w* \w la\w* \w fe\w*. 
\v 9 \w Pero\w* \w no\w* llegarán \w muy\w* lejos, \w porque\w* \w su\w* estupidez \w será\w* evidente \w para\w* \w todos\w*, \w como\w* \w les\w* pasó \w a\w* \w aquellos\w* dos.

\v 10 \w Pero\w* \w tú\w* has seguido \w de\w* cerca mis enseñanzas, \w mi\w* conducta, mis propósitos, \w mi\w* \w fe\w*, \w mi\w* \w paciencia\w*, \w mi\w* amor, \w mi\w* constancia, 
\v 11 mis \w persecuciones\w* \w y\w* mis sufrimientos. Sabes muy bien \w lo\w* \w que\w* \w me\w* pasó \w en\w* Antioquía, \w en\w* \w Iconio\w* \w y\w* \w en\w* \w Listra\w*. ¡\w Qué\w* \w persecuciones\w* soporté! \w Y\w* \w de\w* \w todas\w* \w ellas\w* \w me\w* \w libró\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w*. 
\v 12 \w Así\w* mismo serán \w perseguidos\w* \w todos\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* quieran llevar \w una\w* \w vida\w* piadosa \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*. 
\v 13 \w Mientras\w* tanto, \w los\w* malvados \w y\w* \w los\w* engañadores \w irán\w* \w de\w* \w mal\w* \w en\w* \w peor\w*, \w engañando\w* \w y\w* \w siendo\w* \w engañados\w*. 
\v 14 \w Pero\w* \w tú\w*, \w permanece\w* firme \w en\w* \w lo\w* \w que\w* has aprendido \w y\w* \w de\w* \w lo\w* \w cual\w* estás convencido, \w pues\w* \w sabes\w* \w bien\w* \w de\w* \w quiénes\w* \w lo\w* aprendiste. 
\v 15 Desde \w tu\w* niñez \w conoces\w* \w las\w* \w Sagradas\w* \w Escrituras\w*, \w las\w* \w cuales\w* \w te\w* \w pueden\w* dar \w la\w* sabiduría necesaria \w para\w* \w la\w* \w salvación\w* mediante \w la\w* \w fe\w* \w en\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*. 
\v 16 \w Toda\w* \w la\w* \w Escritura\w* es \w inspirada\w* \w por\w* Dios \w y\w* es \w útil\w* \w para\w* \w enseñar\w*, \w para\w* reprender, \w para\w* \w corregir\w* \w y\w* \w para\w* instruir \w en\w* \w la\w* \w justicia\w*, 
\v 17 \w a\w* fin \w de\w* \w que\w* \w el\w* siervo \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w esté\w* completamente capacitado \w para\w* \w toda\w* buena \w obra\w*.

\v 1 Te ordeno solemnemente \w en\w* \w la\w* \w presencia\w* \w de\w* \w Dios\w* \w y\w* \w de\w* \w Cristo\w* \w Jesús\w*, \w quien\w* \w ha\w* \w de\w* \w juzgar\w* \w a\w* \w los\w* \w vivos\w* \w y\w* \w a\w* \w los\w* \w muertos\w* \w en\w* \w su\w* \w venida\w* \w y\w* \w en\w* \w su\w* Reino: 
\v 2 \w Predica\w* \w la\w* \w palabra\w*; insiste \w a\w* tiempo \w y\w* \w a\w* destiempo; corrige, \w reprende\w* \w y\w* anima \w con\w* mucha \w paciencia\w*, \w sin\w* dejar \w de\w* enseñar. 
\v 3 \w Porque\w* llegará \w el\w* \w tiempo\w* \w en\w* \w que\w* \w la\w* gente \w no\w* soportará \w la\w* \w sana\w* \w doctrina\w*, sino \w que\w* \w para\w* complacer \w sus\w* propios \w deseos\w*, \w se\w* rodearán \w de\w* \w maestros\w* \w que\w* les digan \w lo\w* \w que\w* quieren oír. 
\v 4 Cerrarán \w sus\w* oídos \w a\w* \w la\w* \w verdad\w* \w y\w* \w se\w* volverán \w a\w* \w los\w* mitos. 
\v 5 \w Pero\w* \w tú\w*, mantén \w la\w* calma \w en\w* \w toda\w* situación, \w soporta\w* \w los\w* sufrimientos, \w haz\w* \w la\w* \w obra\w* \w de\w* \w un\w* \w evangelista\w* \w y\w* \w cumple\w* \w bien\w* \w tu\w* \w ministerio\w*.

\v 6 \w Porque\w* \w mi\w* vida \w ya\w* \w está\w* siendo derramada \w como\w* \w una\w* ofrenda, \w y\w* \w se\w* acerca \w el\w* momento \w de\w* \w mi\w* partida. 
\v 7 He peleado \w la\w* \w buena\w* batalla, he terminado \w la\w* \w carrera\w*, he mantenido \w la\w* \w fe\w*. 
\v 8 \w Por\w* \w lo\w* \w demás\w*, \w me\w* espera \w la\w* \w corona\w* \w de\w* \w justicia\w* \w que\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w*, \w el\w* \w juez\w* \w justo\w*, \w me\w* entregará \w en\w* \w aquel\w* \w día\w*; \w y\w* \w no\w* \w solo\w* \w a\w* \w mí\w*, \w sino\w* \w también\w* \w a\w* \w todos\w* \w los\w* \w que\w* esperan \w con\w* amor \w su\w* \w venida\w*.

\v 9 Haz todo lo posible \w por\w* \w venir\w* \w a\w* verme \w pronto\w*, 
\v 10 \w porque\w* \w Demas\w* \w me\w* ha abandonado \w por\w* amor \w a\w* \w este\w* mundo, \w y\w* \w se\w* \w fue\w* \w a\w* Tesalónica. \w Crescente\w* \w se\w* \w fue\w* \w a\w* \w Galacia\w*, \w y\w* \w Tito\w* \w a\w* \w Dalmacia\w*. 
\v 11 \w Solo\w* \w Lucas\w* está \w conmigo\w*. Busca \w a\w* \w Marcos\w* \w y\w* tráelo \w contigo\w*, \w porque\w* \w me\w* es \w de\w* gran ayuda \w en\w* el \w ministerio\w*. 
\v 12 \w A\w* Tíquico lo envié \w a\w* Éfeso. 
\v 13 \w Cuando\w* vengas, tráeme \w la\w* capa \w que\w* dejé \w en\w* \w Troas\w* \w en\w* casa \w de\w* Carpo; \w trae\w* \w también\w* \w los\w* libros, \w y\w* especialmente \w los\w* \w pergaminos\w*. 
\v 14 Alejandro, \w el\w* herrero, \w me\w* \w ha\w* causado \w mucho\w* daño. \w El\w* \w Señor\w* \w le\w* pagará \w conforme\w* \w a\w* \w sus\w* \w obras\w*. 
\v 15 Ten cuidado \w con\w* \w él\w*, \w porque\w* \w se\w* ha opuesto ferozmente a \w nuestro\w* mensaje.

\v 16 \w En\w* \w mi\w* \w primera\w* defensa \w nadie\w* \w me\w* respaldó, \w sino\w* \w que\w* \w todos\w* \w me\w* abandonaron. ¡\w Que\w* \w no\w* se les tome \w en\w* cuenta! 
\v 17 \w Pero\w* \w el\w* \w Señor\w* \w sí\w* estuvo \w a\w* \w mi\w* lado \w y\w* \w me\w* dio fuerzas, \w para\w* \w que\w* \w por\w* \w medio\w* \w de\w* \w mí\w* \w el\w* mensaje \w fuera\w* proclamado \w con\w* claridad \w y\w* \w lo\w* escucharan \w todos\w* \w los\w* gentiles. \w Así\w* fui librado \w de\w* \w la\w* \w boca\w* \w del\w* \w león\w*. 
\v 18 \w El\w* \w Señor\w* \w me\w* \w librará\w* \w de\w* \w todo\w* \w mal\w* \w y\w* \w me\w* \w salvará\w* \w para\w* \w su\w* Reino \w celestial\w*. ¡\w A\w* \w él\w* \w sea\w* \w la\w* \w gloria\w* \w por\w* \w los\w* siglos \w de\w* \w los\w* siglos! Amén.
