I am sending this letter\add* \w to|strong="G2532"\w* \w the|strong="G2532"\w* congregations \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \add are\add* \w in|strong="G2532"\w* \w Galatia|strong="G1053"\w* \add province\add*.

\v 7 \w Their|strong="G2532"\w* message \w is|strong="G1510"\w* \w not|strong="G3756"\w* \w a|strong="G2532"\w* \w true|strong="G3588"\w* message. \add What is happening is that\add* \w certain|strong="G5100"\w* persons \w are|strong="G1510"\w* confusing \w your|strong="G2532"\w* \add minds\add*. \w They|strong="G2532"\w* \w are|strong="G1510"\w* \w desiring|strong="G2309"\w* \w to|strong="G2532"\w* change \w the|strong="G2532"\w* \w good|strong="G3588"\w* message ◄\w that|strong="G3739"\w* \w Christ|strong="G5547"\w* \add revealed/about\add* \w Christ|strong="G5547"\w*► \add and are creating another message\add*.

\s1 For 17 years after God showed his Son to me, I had no contact with the apostles.

\v 13 \w Also|strong="G2532"\w*, \w the|strong="G2532"\w* \w other|strong="G3062"\w* \w Jewish|strong="G2453"\w* \add believers who were in Antioch\add* [SYN] acted ◄insincerely/\w in|strong="G2532"\w* \w a|strong="G2532"\w* way \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w they|strong="G2532"\w* knew \w was|strong="G3588"\w* \w not|strong="G2532"\w* right► \w along|strong="G2532"\w* \w with|strong="G2532"\w* \add Peter\add*. \w The|strong="G2532"\w* \w result|strong="G5620"\w* \w was|strong="G3588"\w* \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w they|strong="G2532"\w* convinced \w even|strong="G2532"\w* Barnabas \w to|strong="G2532"\w* \add stop associating with the non-Jewish believers\add*!

\v 4 Keep \w in|strong="G2532"\w* \w mind|strong="G2532"\w* \w that|strong="G2532"\w* \add if what God has done for you was because of your obeying the laws that God gave to Moses and\add* \w not|strong="G2532"\w* \w because|strong="G2532"\w* \w of|strong="G2532"\w* trusting \w in|strong="G2532"\w* Christ, \w when|strong="G2532"\w* others caused \w you|strong="G1487"\w* \w to|strong="G2532"\w* \w suffer|strong="G3958"\w*, \w you|strong="G1487"\w* \w suffered|strong="G3958"\w* \w many|strong="G5118"\w* \w things|strong="G5118"\w* needlessly! \v 5  \add When God now\add* generously gives \w to|strong="G2532"\w* \w you|strong="G5210"\w* \w his|strong="G1722"\w* \w Spirit|strong="G4151"\w* \w and|strong="G2532"\w* \w performs|strong="G1754"\w* \w miracles|strong="G1411"\w* \w among|strong="G1722"\w* \w you|strong="G5210"\w*, \add do you think that it is\add* [RHQ] \w because|strong="G1537"\w* \w you|strong="G5210"\w* obey \w the|strong="G1722"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \add that God gave to Moses? Surely you know that\add* \w it|strong="G2532"\w* \w is|strong="G3588"\w* \w because|strong="G1537"\w* \w when|strong="G2532"\w* \w you|strong="G5210"\w* heard \add the good message about Christ\add*, \w you|strong="G5210"\w* trusted \w in|strong="G1722"\w* \w him|strong="G3588"\w* [RHQ]!   
\s1 It is those Jews and non-Jews who trust Christ who are Abraham’s spiritual descendants, because those who seek to be justified by obeying the laws that God gave Moses are condemned by God.

\v 6  \add What you have experienced is\add* \w as|strong="G2531"\w* \add Moses wrote in the Scriptures about\add* \w Abraham|strong="G4100"\w*. \add He wrote that Abraham\add* trusted \w God|strong="G2316"\w*, \w and|strong="G2532"\w* \w as|strong="G2531"\w* \w a|strong="G2532"\w* \w result|strong="G1519"\w*, \w he|strong="G2532"\w* \w was|strong="G3588"\w* \w considered|strong="G3049"\w* \w as|strong="G2531"\w* \w being|strong="G2532"\w* righteous {\add God\add* erased \w the|strong="G2532"\w* record \w of|strong="G2316"\w* \w his|strong="G1519"\w* sins}.  
\v 7 \w You|strong="G3754"\w* \w must|strong="G3588"\w* \w realize|strong="G1097"\w*, \w therefore|strong="G3754"\w*, \w that|strong="G3754"\w* \w it|strong="G3754"\w* \w is|strong="G1510"\w* \w those|strong="G3588"\w* \w who|strong="G3588"\w* trust \add in what Christ has done who\add* \w are|strong="G1510"\w* \add like\add* Abraham’s \w descendants|strong="G5207"\w* [MET] \add because they trust in God as Abraham did\add*.  
\v 8 \w Furthermore|strong="G1161"\w*, \w God|strong="G2316"\w* planned \w beforehand|strong="G4283"\w* \w that|strong="G3754"\w* \w it|strong="G3754"\w* \w was|strong="G3588"\w* \add when\add* non-Jews trusted \add him\add* \w that|strong="G3754"\w* \w he|strong="G1161"\w* \w would|strong="G2316"\w* erase \w the|strong="G1722"\w* record \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w their|strong="G1722"\w* sins. \add Moses wrote in\add* \w the|strong="G1722"\w* \w Scriptures|strong="G1124"\w* [PRS] \w this|strong="G3588"\w* \w good|strong="G3956"\w* message \w that|strong="G3754"\w* \w God|strong="G2316"\w* told Abraham: “\w Because|strong="G3754"\w* \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \add what\add* \w you|strong="G4771"\w* \add did\add*, \w I|strong="G1161"\w* \w will|strong="G2316"\w* bless \add people in\add* [MTY] \w all|strong="G3956"\w* \w nations|strong="G1484"\w*.”  
\v 9 \w So|strong="G5620"\w*, \add we can conclude that\add* \w it|strong="G3588"\w* \w is|strong="G3588"\w* \w those|strong="G3588"\w* \w who|strong="G3588"\w* trust \add in what Christ has done\add* \w whom|strong="G3588"\w* \add God\add* blesses. \w That|strong="G3588"\w* includes \add all non-Jews and Jews who trust him\add*, \w along|strong="G4862"\w* \w with|strong="G4862"\w* Abraham, \w the|strong="G1537"\w* \w one|strong="G3588"\w* \w who|strong="G3588"\w* trusted \w him|strong="G3588"\w* \add long ago\add*.

\v 11 \w But|strong="G1161"\w* \w God|strong="G2316"\w* \w has|strong="G2316"\w* \w declared|strong="G3754"\w* \w that|strong="G3754"\w* \w if|strong="G3748"\w* \w he|strong="G1161"\w* erases \w the|strong="G1722"\w* record \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w anyone|strong="G3762"\w*’s sins, \w it|strong="G3754"\w* \w will|strong="G2316"\w* \w not|strong="G3762"\w* \w be|strong="G2316"\w* \w as|strong="G1722"\w* \w a|strong="G1722"\w* \w result|strong="G1537"\w* \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w their|strong="G1722"\w* obeying \w the|strong="G1722"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \w God|strong="G2316"\w* \w gave|strong="G3588"\w* Moses. \add This is evident because the Scriptures say\add*, “\w Every|strong="G1722"\w* \w person|strong="G1342"\w* \w whose|strong="G3588"\w* record \w of|strong="G1537"\w* sins \w God|strong="G2316"\w* erases \w because|strong="G3754"\w* \w that|strong="G3754"\w* \w person|strong="G1342"\w* trusts \w God|strong="G2316"\w* \w will|strong="G2316"\w* \w live|strong="G2198"\w* \add spiritually\add*.”  
\v 12 \w But|strong="G1161"\w* \add when God gave\add* \w his|strong="G1722"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \add to the Jews, he did\add* \w not|strong="G3756"\w* \add say that a person must\add* trust \add him\add*. \w Instead|strong="G1161"\w*, \add God said that\add* \w it|strong="G1161"\w* \w is|strong="G1510"\w* \w those|strong="G3588"\w* \w who|strong="G3588"\w* \w obey|strong="G4160"\w* \add all God’s laws, continuously and completely\add*, \w who|strong="G3588"\w* \w will|strong="G1510"\w* \w live|strong="G2198"\w*.   
\s1 Christ was condemned instead of us, so that God might bless the non-Jews just as he blessed Abraham, and so that we might receive the Spirit.

\v 14 \w Jesus|strong="G2424"\w* \w Christ|strong="G5547"\w* rescued \w us|strong="G1519"\w* \w in|strong="G1722"\w* \w order|strong="G2443"\w* \w that|strong="G2443"\w* \w as|strong="G1519"\w* \w a|strong="G1096"\w* \w result|strong="G1519"\w* \w of|strong="G4151"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w he|strong="G3588"\w* \add has done, God might bless the non-Jews, in a way similar to the way\add* \w God|strong="G1519"\w* blessed Abraham. \w He|strong="G3588"\w* also desired \w that|strong="G2443"\w* \w as|strong="G1519"\w* \w a|strong="G1096"\w* \w result|strong="G1519"\w* \w of|strong="G4151"\w* \w our|strong="G2424"\w* trusting \add Christ\add*, \w we|strong="G2443"\w* \add all\add* \w might|strong="G1484"\w* \w receive|strong="G2983"\w* \w the|strong="G1722"\w* \w Spirit|strong="G4151"\w* \add whom God\add* \w promised|strong="G1860"\w* \w to|strong="G1519"\w* \add give to\add* \w us|strong="G1519"\w*.   
\s1 By giving his laws to the Jews, God has not canceled what he promised to Abraham much earlier concerning his descendant, Christ. Just like God gave his blessings to Abraham just because he promised to do so, he freely gives his blessings to us.

\v 15 \w My|strong="G2596"\w* fellow believers, \w I|strong="G3004"\w* \w will|strong="G3762"\w* now \add illustrate\add* \w by|strong="G2596"\w* referring \w to|strong="G2596"\w* human \add relationships. After an agreement is confirmed by two people\add* {\add two people have signed\add* \w an|strong="G2228"\w* agreement}, \w no|strong="G3762"\w* \w one|strong="G3762"\w* \w can|strong="G3004"\w* reject \w it|strong="G3004"\w* \w or|strong="G2228"\w* \w add|strong="G1928"\w* \w to|strong="G2596"\w* \w it|strong="G3004"\w*.  
\v 16  \add God\add* declared \w to|strong="G2532"\w* Abraham \w and|strong="G2532"\w* \w his|strong="G1909"\w* \w descendant|strong="G4690"\w* \w that|strong="G3739"\w* \w he|strong="G2532"\w* \w was|strong="G1510"\w* promising \add to give blessings to Abraham\add*. \add The words that God spoke were not “and your\add* \w descendants|strong="G4690"\w*.” \add He was not\add* \w referring|strong="G5613"\w* \w to|strong="G2532"\w* \w many|strong="G4183"\w* persons. \w Instead|strong="G1161"\w*, \w he|strong="G2532"\w* \w was|strong="G1510"\w* \w referring|strong="G5613"\w* \w to|strong="G2532"\w* \w one|strong="G1520"\w* \w person|strong="G3739"\w*, \w who|strong="G3739"\w* \w is|strong="G1510"\w* \w Christ|strong="G5547"\w*, \add because the words that God spoke were\add*, “\w and|strong="G2532"\w* \w your|strong="G2532"\w* \w descendant|strong="G4690"\w*.”  
\v 17 \w This|strong="G3778"\w* \w is|strong="G3588"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w I|strong="G2532"\w* \w am|strong="G2532"\w* \w saying|strong="G3004"\w*: \add Since God\add* \w gave|strong="G2532"\w* \w the|strong="G2532"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \add to the Jews\add* 430 \w years|strong="G2094"\w* \w after|strong="G3326"\w* \add he declared to Abraham what he was promising to do for Abraham\add*, \w those|strong="G3588"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \w do|strong="G1096"\w* \w not|strong="G3756"\w* cancel \w that|strong="G3588"\w* agreement \add with\add* Abraham \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w God|strong="G2316"\w* \w himself|strong="G1519"\w* \w had|strong="G2532"\w* \w previously|strong="G4300"\w* agreed \w about|strong="G1519"\w* [PRS].  
\v 18 Remember \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w if|strong="G1487"\w* \w it|strong="G1161"\w* \w is|strong="G3588"\w* \w because|strong="G1223"\w* \add we obey God’s\add* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \add that he gives to us\add* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \add he has\add* \w promised|strong="G1860"\w* \add to give to us\add*, \w then|strong="G1161"\w* \w it|strong="G1161"\w* \w is|strong="G3588"\w* \w not|strong="G3765"\w* \add just\add* \w because|strong="G1223"\w* \w he|strong="G1161"\w* \add has\add* \w promised|strong="G1860"\w* \add that he would give those things to us\add*. \w God|strong="G2316"\w* \w freely|strong="G5483"\w* \w gave|strong="G5483"\w* \w to|strong="G1161"\w* Abraham \add what he had promised to give to him, just\add* \w because|strong="G1223"\w* \add God had\add* \w promised|strong="G1860"\w* \add that he would give it to him. Similarly, it is not because we obey God’s laws that God gives to us what he has promised to give to us\add*.   
\s1 God gave his laws to supervise us sinful Jews until Christ, Abraham’s promised descendant, would come.

\v 19 \w So|strong="G3767"\w*, \add if someone should ask\add*, “\w Why|strong="G5101"\w* \add did God later give\add* \w his|strong="G1223"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \add to Moses?” I would reply that\add* \w it|strong="G3739"\w* \w was|strong="G3588"\w* \w in|strong="G1722"\w* \w order|strong="G1299"\w* \w that|strong="G3739"\w* \add people might realize\add* \w how|strong="G5101"\w* sinful \w they|strong="G3588"\w* \w were|strong="G3588"\w*. \add Those laws were valid\add* \w until|strong="G2064"\w* \add Jesus came. He was\add* \w the|strong="G1722"\w* \w descendant|strong="G4690"\w* \w that|strong="G3739"\w* \w God|strong="G1861"\w* \add was referring to when he made\add* \w the|strong="G1722"\w* promises \w to|strong="G2064"\w* Abraham. \add The laws\add* \w were|strong="G3588"\w* \w given|strong="G4369"\w* {\add God\add* \w gave|strong="G1299"\w* \add his laws\add*} \add to Moses\add* \w by|strong="G1223"\w* \w God|strong="G1861"\w*’s causing angels \w to|strong="G2064"\w* \add speak to him. Moses was the\add* \w mediator|strong="G3316"\w*, \add the one who told the laws to the people\add*.  
\v 20 \w Now|strong="G1161"\w*, \add when\add* \w a|strong="G1510"\w* \w mediator|strong="G3316"\w* \add functions\add*, \w one|strong="G1520"\w* \add person\add* \w is|strong="G1510"\w* \w not|strong="G3756"\w* \add speaking with another\add* directly; \w but|strong="G1161"\w* \w God|strong="G2316"\w* himself \add made his promises directly to Abraham\add*.

\v 21  \add If someone should ask, “When God gave his\add* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* \add to Moses\add* long \add after he told Abraham\add* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w he|strong="G3588"\w* \w was|strong="G1510"\w* promising \add to give to him, was he\add* changing \w his|strong="G1325"\w* mind?” \add I would reply that God\add* \w certainly|strong="G3689"\w* \w did|strong="G1510"\w* \w not|strong="G3361"\w* \add change his mind when he did that\add*! \w If|strong="G1487"\w* \w God|strong="G2316"\w* \w had|strong="G2316"\w* \w given|strong="G1325"\w* \w a|strong="G1096"\w* \w law|strong="G3551"\w* \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w could|strong="G1410"\w* enable \w people|strong="G1510"\w* \w to|strong="G2596"\w* live \add eternally\add*, \w then|strong="G3767"\w* \w it|strong="G1063"\w* \w actually|strong="G1063"\w* \w would|strong="G1096"\w* \w be|strong="G1096"\w* \w because|strong="G1063"\w* \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w people|strong="G1510"\w* \add obeying that\add* \w law|strong="G3551"\w* \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w God|strong="G2316"\w* \w would|strong="G1096"\w* erase \w the|strong="G1537"\w* record \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w their|strong="G2596"\w* sins.  
\v 22 \w But|strong="G3588"\w* instead, \add what we read in\add* \w the|strong="G3956"\w* \w Scriptures|strong="G1124"\w* [PRS] \w is|strong="G3588"\w* \w that|strong="G2443"\w* \w God|strong="G1325"\w* \add caused all people to be unable to escape being punished for\add* \w their|strong="G3956"\w* \add sins\add* [MET], \w just|strong="G3588"\w* \w like|strong="G2443"\w* \add people\add* \w in|strong="G3956"\w* prison \add are unable to escape\add* [PRS, MET]. \add God did that in order that he might give what he promised to those who trust Jesus Christ, just\add* \w because|strong="G1537"\w* \w they|strong="G3588"\w* \w trust|strong="G4100"\w* \w him|strong="G3588"\w*.  
\v 23 \w Before|strong="G4253"\w* \add God revealed the good message about\add* trusting \add in Christ\add*, \w the|strong="G1519"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* [PRS] \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w God|strong="G1519"\w* \w gave|strong="G3588"\w* \w to|strong="G1519"\w* Moses \w were|strong="G3588"\w* \add confining/imprisoning us Jews\add* [MET], \add as\add* \w a|strong="G1519"\w* prisoner \add in jail is\add* confined. \add We\add* \w were|strong="G3588"\w* unable \w to|strong="G1519"\w* escape \add obeying those\add* [MET] \add laws\add*. \w This|strong="G3588"\w* \w happened|strong="G3588"\w* \w in|strong="G1519"\w* order \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \add we might believe\add* \w the|strong="G1519"\w* \w good|strong="G3588"\w* message \add concerning Christ, the message that God would\add* reveal \add later\add*.  
\v 24  \add Like a father supervises his immature son by appointing a\add* \w servant|strong="G3588"\w* \w to|strong="G1519"\w* \w take|strong="G1096"\w* care \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w him|strong="G3588"\w* [MET], \add God\add* \w was|strong="G1096"\w* supervising \w us|strong="G1519"\w* \add by\add* \w his|strong="G1519"\w* \w laws|strong="G3551"\w* [MET, PRS] \w until|strong="G1519"\w* \w Christ|strong="G5547"\w* \w came|strong="G1096"\w*. \add He did this\add* \w in|strong="G1519"\w* \w order|strong="G2443"\w* \w that|strong="G2443"\w* \w he|strong="G3588"\w* \w might|strong="G1096"\w* erase \w the|strong="G1519"\w* record \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w our|strong="G5547"\w* sins \add only\add* \w because|strong="G1537"\w* \w we|strong="G2249"\w* trust \add Christ\add*.  
\v 25 \w But|strong="G1161"\w* \add now that God\add* \w has|strong="G4102"\w* revealed \w the|strong="G1161"\w* message \add about trusting in Christ\add*, \w the|strong="G1161"\w* laws \add that God gave to Moses\add* \w are|strong="G1510"\w* \w no|strong="G3765"\w* \w longer|strong="G3765"\w* supervising us \add Jews\add* [PRS, MET].   
\s1 Because of our relationship with Christ, we are Abraham’s spiritual descendants, and God’s heirs, no longer like slaves.

\v 17 Those \add who are insisting on obeying Jewish rules\add* \w are|strong="G2309"\w* \w eagerly|strong="G2206"\w* \add showing interest in\add* \w you|strong="G5210"\w*, \w but|strong="G1438"\w* \add what they are doing is\add* \w not|strong="G3756"\w* \w good|strong="G2573"\w*. \w They|strong="G2443"\w* even \w want|strong="G2309"\w* \w you|strong="G5210"\w* \w not|strong="G3756"\w* \w to|strong="G2443"\w* associate \w with|strong="G1438"\w* \add me and other true\add* believers, \w because|strong="G2443"\w* \w they|strong="G2443"\w* \w want|strong="G2309"\w* \w you|strong="G5210"\w* \w to|strong="G2443"\w* \w eagerly|strong="G2206"\w* show \add interest in\add* \w them|strong="G1438"\w*, \add not in us\add*.

\v 24  \add I am telling you this\add* \w as|strong="G1519"\w* \w an|strong="G1519"\w* illustration. \w These|strong="G3778"\w* \add two women\add* symbolize \w two|strong="G1417"\w* agreements. \add God made\add* \w the|strong="G1519"\w* \w first|strong="G1520"\w* \add agreement, which involved obeying the laws that God gave to Moses\add* \w at|strong="G1519"\w* \w Sinai|strong="G4614"\w* \w Mountain|strong="G3735"\w*. \add Because that agreement forces those who accept it to keep obeying all its rules\add* [MET], \add it is like a slave mother who\add* \w gives|strong="G1080"\w* \w birth|strong="G1080"\w* \w to|strong="G1519"\w* \w slaves|strong="G1397"\w*. \add So\add* Hagar, \add the female slave, symbolizes\add* \w that|strong="G1519"\w* \add agreement\add*.  
\v 25 \w Also|strong="G1161"\w*, \w the|strong="G1722"\w* \add word\add* ‘Hagar’ \w is|strong="G1510"\w* \add associated with\add* \w Sinai|strong="G4614"\w* \w Mountain|strong="G3735"\w*, \add which is\add* \w in|strong="G1722"\w* Arabia \add land. Hagar, the female slave, also\add* \w represents|strong="G1510"\w* \w Jerusalem|strong="G2419"\w* \w as|strong="G1722"\w* \w it|strong="G1161"\w* \w is|strong="G1510"\w* today. \w Jerusalem|strong="G2419"\w* \w is|strong="G1510"\w* \add like\add* [MET] \w a|strong="G1722"\w* slave \add mother, and those who live there\add* [PRS] \add are like\add* \w her|strong="G3588"\w* slave \w children|strong="G5043"\w* [MET] \add because they all must obey the laws that God gave to Moses\add*.  
\v 26 \w But|strong="G1161"\w* \w there|strong="G1161"\w* \w will|strong="G1510"\w* \w be|strong="G1510"\w* \w a|strong="G1510"\w* \add new\add* \w Jerusalem|strong="G2419"\w* \w in|strong="G1161"\w* heaven [MTY], \w and|strong="G1161"\w* \w we|strong="G2249"\w* \add who will go there\add* \w are|strong="G1510"\w* \w free|strong="G1658"\w* \add from having to obey Jewish laws\add*. \w We|strong="G2249"\w* \add who belong to that city consider it to be\add* \w our|strong="G1161"\w* \w mother|strong="G3384"\w* [MET] \add city because we are God’s true children\add*.  
\v 27  \add Our new city will have more people than those who live in Jerusalem now. It will be just like\add* Isaiah foretold \w about|strong="G3588"\w* \add the people whom he expected would come back to Jerusalem from exile. He expected that they would be more numerous than those who\add* \w were|strong="G3588"\w* taken into exile. \w He|strong="G2532"\w* \w wrote|strong="G1125"\w*:

\v 25 Since \add God’s\add* \w Spirit|strong="G4151"\w* \w has|strong="G4151"\w* caused \w us|strong="G4748"\w* \w to|strong="G2532"\w* \add be spiritually\add* \w alive|strong="G2198"\w*, \w we|strong="G2532"\w* \w should|strong="G2532"\w* \add conduct our lives the way the\add* \w Spirit|strong="G4151"\w* \add directs us\add*.  
\v 26 \w We|strong="G3361"\w* \w should|strong="G3361"\w* \w not|strong="G3361"\w* \w be|strong="G1096"\w* saying how great \w we|strong="G3361"\w* \w are|strong="G1096"\w*. \w We|strong="G3361"\w* \w should|strong="G3361"\w* \w not|strong="G3361"\w* \w be|strong="G1096"\w* making \w ourselves|strong="G1096"\w* more important \w than|strong="G3361"\w* others. \w We|strong="G3361"\w* \w should|strong="G3361"\w* \w not|strong="G3361"\w* envy each \w other|strong="G3361"\w*.

\v 2  \add When there are ones who have\add* problems, \w you|strong="G3779"\w* \w should|strong="G3588"\w* help each \w other|strong="G3588"\w*. \w By|strong="G2532"\w* doing \w that|strong="G3588"\w*, \w you|strong="G3779"\w* \w will|strong="G2532"\w* complete \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w Christ|strong="G5547"\w* requires.  
\v 3 \w Keep|strong="G3367"\w* \w in|strong="G1438"\w* \w mind|strong="G1380"\w* \w that|strong="G1487"\w* \w those|strong="G1487"\w* \w who|strong="G5100"\w* \add refuse to help others because they think that they are more important than other people, although they are\add* \w not|strong="G3367"\w* really more important, \w are|strong="G1510"\w* deceiving \w themselves|strong="G1438"\w*.  
\v 4 \w Instead|strong="G1161"\w*, \w each|strong="G1538"\w* \add of you\add* \w should|strong="G3588"\w* \add constantly\add* \w test|strong="G1381"\w*/judge \add and decide if you can approve what you yourself are doing and thinking\add*. \w Then|strong="G2532"\w* \w you|strong="G1438"\w* can \w boast|strong="G2745"\w* \w because|strong="G1161"\w* \w of|strong="G2532"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w you|strong="G1438"\w* \w yourself|strong="G1438"\w* \add are doing and thinking\add*, \w and|strong="G2532"\w* \w not|strong="G3756"\w* \w because|strong="G1161"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w you|strong="G1438"\w* \w are|strong="G3588"\w* \w doing|strong="G2041"\w* \w is|strong="G3588"\w* superior \w to|strong="G1519"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w other|strong="G2087"\w* \w persons|strong="G1438"\w* \add are doing\add*.  
\v 5 Keep \w in|strong="G1063"\w* mind \w that|strong="G3588"\w* \w you|strong="G1538"\w* \w must|strong="G1538"\w* \w each|strong="G1538"\w* perform \w your|strong="G3588"\w* \w own|strong="G2398"\w* \add individual\add* tasks.  
\v 6  \add You\add* \w who|strong="G3588"\w* \w are|strong="G3588"\w* \w being|strong="G1722"\w* \w taught|strong="G2727"\w* {\w whom|strong="G3588"\w* \w others|strong="G3588"\w* \w are|strong="G3588"\w* \w teaching|strong="G3056"\w*} \add God’s truth\add* \w should|strong="G3588"\w* \w share|strong="G2841"\w* \w your|strong="G3956"\w* various \add material\add* \w things|strong="G3956"\w* [EUP] \w with|strong="G1722"\w* \w your|strong="G3956"\w* teachers.   
\s1 We should not tire of doing good, but instead, we should do good to everyone, especially to believers.

\v 8  \add God\add* \w will|strong="G3748"\w* punish eternally \w those|strong="G3588"\w* \w who|strong="G3588"\w* \w do|strong="G3588"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w their|strong="G1438"\w* self-directed natures urge \w them|strong="G3588"\w* \w to|strong="G1519"\w* \w do|strong="G3588"\w*. \w But|strong="G1161"\w* \w those|strong="G3588"\w* \w who|strong="G3588"\w* please \add God’s\add* \w Spirit|strong="G4151"\w* \w will|strong="G3748"\w* live \w forever|strong="G1519"\w* \add with God\add* \w because|strong="G3754"\w* \w of|strong="G1537"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \add God’s\add* \w Spirit|strong="G4151"\w* does \w for|strong="G3754"\w* \w them|strong="G3588"\w*.  
\v 9 \w But|strong="G1161"\w* \w we|strong="G1063"\w* \w should|strong="G3588"\w* \w not|strong="G3361"\w* ◄tire \w of|strong="G3588"\w*/\w become|strong="G4160"\w* discouraged \w while|strong="G1161"\w*► \w doing|strong="G4160"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* pleases \w God|strong="G3361"\w*, \w because|strong="G1063"\w* \add eventually\add*, \w at|strong="G1161"\w* \w the|strong="G1161"\w* \w time|strong="G2540"\w* \add that God\add* \w has|strong="G2325"\w* determined, \w we|strong="G1063"\w* \w will|strong="G4160"\w* receive \w a|strong="G4160"\w* reward [MET], \w if|strong="G1161"\w* \w we|strong="G1063"\w* \w do|strong="G4160"\w* \w not|strong="G3361"\w* \w stop|strong="G3361"\w* \add doing the good things that we have been doing\add*.  
\v 10 \w So|strong="G3767"\w*, \w whenever|strong="G5613"\w* \w we|strong="G1161"\w* \w have|strong="G2192"\w* opportunities, \w we|strong="G1161"\w* \w should|strong="G3588"\w* \w do|strong="G2192"\w* \add what is\add* \w good|strong="G3956"\w* \w to|strong="G4314"\w* \w all|strong="G3956"\w* \w people|strong="G3956"\w*. \w But|strong="G1161"\w* \w especially|strong="G3122"\w* \w we|strong="G1161"\w* \w should|strong="G3588"\w* \w do|strong="G2192"\w* \w what|strong="G3588"\w* \w is|strong="G3588"\w* \w good|strong="G3956"\w* \w to|strong="G4314"\w* \w all|strong="G3956"\w* \w our|strong="G3956"\w* fellow believers.   
\s1 Some people want you to be circumcised only so that they will not be persecuted for proclaiming what Christ accomplished for us on the cross, but that is the only thing that I will boast about.
